Rebuilding Local Food Systems

Eating From Our Own Soil... Midland/Odessa Local Foods Field Day
As Texas and our entire nation struggles with economic restructuring, energy independence, and the rise of childhood obesity and other health crises, this conference offers pertinent information, resources, and connections for strengthening local food production, marketing, and distribution-- so that health, wellness, and stewardship can increase in the Permian Basin Region. Join us for our conference on Monday & Tuesday, March 29th & 30th. There will be an evening soiree at the Sibley Nature Center from 7 - 9pm and the conference is the following day from 8am until 1pm.Download Conference Brochure PDF
